Martyn Element is the founder and President of Element and Associates, which is primarily focused on sourcing and pursuing new business ventures globally. The group has attained a proven track record of successfully advising and marketing new business ventures. He has cultivated an extensive global network and developed strong working relationships with specialized funds and other related parties in conjunction with the various aspects required to market these opportunities. He developed his experience in the public financial markets in Canada, prior to forming Element and Associates in 1989. Before entering the financial markets, he was involved in the food and beverage industry in Canada and the United Kingdom. Martyn brings a genuine personal interest to each project, a skill set of identifying needs and developing strategic plans, as well as providing an extensive network of investment and financial contacts.

Marc is a seasoned entrepreneur and capital markets professional based in Vancouver. He began his career with a corporate finance firm, where he played a key role in raising over $300 million for various public and private companies through global financial institutions, with a focus on Europe, Asia, and the United States. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private markets, Marc has built an extensive network of investment banking contacts, which has been instrumental in the growth and development of start-ups and junior companies. He has served as CEO, president, and director of multiple publicly traded companies in the resource sector.

With over 20 years of experience, Kiki has been assisting private and public companies in the roles of accountant, corporate controller and chief financial officer in mining, oil and gas, real estate, high technology, food production, and investment fund management. She currently provides consulting services in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance to several public and private companies in the resource, food production and investment sectors. Kiki graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She is member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Afzaal is a professional geoscientist with over 30 years' experience in mineral exploration and mining with expertise in gold, lithium, rare metals, graphite, PGE and uranium. Throughout his career, he has managed multiple exploration projects in various jurisdictions across Canada, USA and internationally. He has worked as Project Geologist, VP Exploration, Director and CEO of Adriana Resources, Rock Tech Lithium and various other mining companies. He has discovered one graphite deposit in Quebec, and successfully developed a lithium project in Ontario from early stage exploration to advanced exploration. He is registered as a professional geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada, authored several NI 43-101 technical and exploration work assessment reports, and has worked as a "Qualified Person" person on mineral exploration projects.

Muhammad has 15 years of experience in managing finance and compliance functions of public companies in various sectors including mining exploration, investment management, real estate, and technology. He assists companies with financial reporting, debt and equity financings, cash flow management and forecasting, legal and regulatory compliance, investor communications, stakeholder engagement and risk management. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
